Firmament Sports connects global football talent with elite European clubs.
We design and deliver international football camps, tours and customized programs that combine high-level technical training, personal development and cultural immersion.
We collaborate with top-tier clubs such as FC Barcelona and Atlético de Madrid, and we are currently in a strong phase of international expansion across Europe, the USA and Canada.
To support this growth, we are looking for two Project Managers with a strong operational mindset, excellent English skills and a passion for football and logistics.
About the Role
This position is highly hands-on and operational, focused on:
- International logistics
- Budget control
- On-site coordination
- English-speaking environments
- Taking complex operations to the next level
You will be responsible for leading international football camps on the ground, ensuring that every detail — from travel to training schedules — runs smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Camp Management & On-Site Leadership
- Lead and oversee the execution of Firmament Sports international football camps in Europe, the USA and Canada.
- Supervise daily camp operations: schedules, training sessions, matches, facilities, equipment and staff coordination.
- Ensure high coaching and operational standards in collaboration with official club coaches and assistants.
- Guarantee player safety, well-being and an outstanding overall experience.
- Lead and coordinate on-site teams, ensuring performance, alignment and problem-solving.
International Logistics & Operations
- Plan and manage travel, accommodation, meals and transportation for players and staff.
- Coordinate bookings and confirm all logistical details prior to camp launch.
- Anticipate risks and manage last-minute changes or unexpected situations on-site.
- Ensure all timelines, locations and operations run smoothly and on schedule.
- Communication with Families, Players & Partners
- Act as the main point of contact for families before, during and after the camp.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English with parents, players and partners.
- Build strong relationships with local venues, suppliers and club representatives.
Budget, Planning & Administration
- Manage camp budgets, expenses, invoices and cost control.
- Track and report financial and operational data accurately.
- Prepare operational documents, reports and logistics files.
- Coordinate closely with operations, coaching and HQ teams to ensure full alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in project management, operations, event management, sports programs or camps.
- High level of English (professional working proficiency – mandatory).
- Strong understanding of budgets, costs and financial control.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Calm, proactive and solution-oriented mindset under pressure.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- High availability to travel internationally for extended periods (up to 6–8 weeks).
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
- Professional Spanish required. Catalan is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in youth sports, football programs or international camps.
- Previous international experience (studying or working abroad).
- Experience coordinating multicultural teams.
