Responsabilidades:
-Consecución de objetivos de venta en la realización de actividades de la marca en las diferentes perfumería de los clientes.
.Supervisar y gestionar la marca de los pdv a los que asista.
-Formar sobre Novedades de la marca y motivación a la dependencia.
-Actualización de la imagen de la marca en los pdv en cada una de las promociones (visuales, merchandising, escaparates, …).
-Reportar informes periódicos, mediante la plataforma informática y vía mail, del estado de la marca en los pdv y la actividad.
Experiencia: Se requiere un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en la venta de cosmética selectiva.
Conocimientos y habilidades:
-Claro perfil comercial con orientación al cliente y a resultados.
-Imprescindible disponibilidad para viajar por todo el territorio nacional (implica viajes con pernocta).
-Imprescindible disponer de vehículo propio.
-Experiencia en cosmética selectiva.
-Título oficial de estética (FP Grado Medio)
Educación: FP Grado Medio – Imagen Personal.
El candidato que aplique deberá sentirse cómodo:
-Reportando directamente a la persona Coordinadora de perfumerías.
-Teniendo comunicación directa con Delegados Comerciales y Trade Marketing para la resolución de incidencias y preparación de promociones en los pdv.
-Relación directa con la dependencia de los diferentes clientes de la marca (Perfumerías).

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for creating and executing Demand Plans that will support the company’s sales goals and strategies. Creating collaborative relationships across the sales, marketing and supply chain organizations is critical to the success of this position and this position is critical to the success of the company.
- Required work permit to work in Spain ( Barcelona ).
The Demand Planner will work in the Demand Planning team supporting the manager in establishing the best Demand Plan: Monthly for the mid long term (typically 18m out) and weekly for the next 2-3m (inside the time fence). He/she will also work to establish the Demand Planning department as the “go to” point for any topic related to expected forthcoming demand. This role requires strong business-data analysis skills, enabling the person to understand which are the relevant factors influencing demand .
- Hold profitable conversations with the commercial and Marketing teams (challenging them required).
- Communicating sales projections to Finance.
- Run an efficient continuous improvement by understanding which assumptions have been generating the biggest demand plan error and bias.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
Generation of Volume and value forecasting through executing the demand planning components of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Incorporate :
- Sales/CBD inputs.
- Marketing intelligence for new product launches and discontinuations.
- Historical Sales from available data sources or/and Point of Sales (POS) information..
- Business consensus on volumes.
- Analyze and review sales, inventories, POS, consumption trends and monitor sales achievements to proactively identify issues and propose changes to the forecast and/or improvements.
- Liaise with Marketing for new product launches and discontinuations. Evaluate assumptions (pre and post launch) – new product forecast, shade ranking, cannibalization..
- Liaise with Sales to determine pipe forecast requirements for new product launches.
Coordinate and maintain demand planning databases and system. Understand and apply statistical models, depending on historical patterns and horizons using exception based planning. Understand past and future assumptions, risks and opportunities, and clean the sales data and build base forecast while keeping track of sales and marketing activity logs
- Prepare and distribute the various demand planning reports that support the business operation.
- Report, analyze and deliver KPI´s (Forecast Bias & Accuracy, Customer Service KPI’s, Stock-on-hand days, Business Waste)
- Highlight gaps in the demand plan and make sure that necessary actions are taken by related stakeholders
- Document, review, and evaluate qualitative and quantitative demand planning assumptions and provide feedback for improvement. Participate and engage in continuous improvement efforts to drive forecast accuracy.
- Manage demand changes during the time fence (frozen period) with business and supply planning to agree on a common plan.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree (MSc Engineering or similar)
- SAP, Manugistics or APO
- Excel mastery
- APICS is a plus
Skills
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail

- Ability to collaborate with other departments to reach a common goal
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain principles
- Desire to learn and grow in the position and company
- English, french & Spanish working proficiency required. Other European languages will be considered as an asset.
