We are now searching for our next HR Development Trainee, someone eager to learn, grow, and play an active role in developing young talent within our organization.

💼 What will you do?

As part of the Human Resources team, you will play a key role in managing our Internship Program, ensuring an excellent experience for all students joining Revlon.

🎯 Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the recruitment process for interns: posting opportunities, reviewing CVs, and assisting during interviews.
• Coordinating agreements and collaborating with universities and business schools.
• Acting as a point of contact for interns: answering questions, facilitating their onboarding, and monitoring their tasks and progress.
• Assisting the HR team with talent development initiatives, training activities, and general HR operations.

🎓 What are we looking for?

You don’t need extensive experience—just motivation and a strong desire to learn!

We welcome students with backgrounds in:

• Psychology (preferably Organizational Psychology)
• Human Resources
• Sociology with a business focus
• Or related fields

We also value:

• English level B2
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and a drive to grow in HR
