What your day will look like
- Monitor indicators of quality across the Ubuntu ecosystem and products
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Ubuntu Desktop, Ubuntu Server and Ubuntu Core
- Enhance our continuous integration to guard Ubuntu image, release and package quality
- Report on KPIs and analytical insights
- Empower other teams for better planning and constant quality improvements

As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and sizing solutions based on project information and customer needs, creating 3D-models, identifying standard products and components, and continuously improving technical knowledge.
You will also participate in and drive customer meetings, internal review meetings, and create descriptions and visuals to explain proposed solutions, while adhering to best practices and tools used within the solution design community. You are the technical system design lead during the pre-contract process.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Derive multiple conceptual ideas for an intralogistics solution, evaluate and compare these and select the best fitting concept for both the customer and us.
- Configure and size the solution for the project based on conceptual ideas, material flow diagram, and project information.
- Create 3D solution models and ensure all relevant metadata to the components and project are configured correctly so the model is prepared for various costing phases.
- Identify and apply standard products, modules, subsystems, and solutions and align where needed with the global product managers and COE's.
- Review customer specifications, highlight changes in scope, review proposal information, clarify with the customer and clarify any deviations where necessary.
- Continuously improve technical component knowledge, to identify and apply the right components for the project.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities and communicate these to the Solution Project Manager.
- Together with the sales manager participate in customer meetings to better understand the customer requirements, site conditions, present the proposed solution and help lead the customer to an optimal solution.
- Create and support a collaborative approach within the business, generating close interaction with the commercial and implementation teams throughout the process.
- Attend internal review meetings with other departments, such as CE-compliance, installation and engineering, to capture the required adjustments to the solution.
- Create visuals such as AutoCAD concept sketches, Navisworks exports, and detailed diagrams to explain the proposed solution, as well as a phasing plan where needed.
- Create visual and charted representations of material flow based on the offer layouts.
- Contribute and align to best practices and tools in the solution design community.
- Liaise and coordinate with flex resources from other teams to enable a timely response in design changes and offer delivery.
- Drive the handover process to make sure ‘as sold’ and mission critical aspects are recognised, and scope/mission creep is minimised where possible and recorded where necessary. Leading to a clearer expectation of the customer at the point of handover.
- Ensure compliance with the commercial process taking both the customer and internal milestones in mind.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and team members regularly within the defined channels.
- Strong in the following traits: effective communication skills, team player, problem solving, proactivity, ability to conceptualise and create 3D-models and have a 'getting things done' mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing projects priorities with tight timelines.
- You are communicative and are fluent in English (Level C1 or higher). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- You can work fluently with Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
- You can take ownership of a project and take initiative to coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion.
- Knowledge of the materials handling market and its trends
- Knowledge of warehouse and mechanised/automated systems operations
- Knowledge of customer buying behaviour of automated material handling solutions
- Experience of presentations to/interacting with customers at different levels within a business structure (Operators, Maintenance Engineers, Buyers, CEO’s etc)
- Experience in 2D/3D modelling in CAD
- Experience working in an international team collaboration environment
- Fluent English Level (C1 or higher)
- Valid driving licence in accordance with the national laws and company policy
- You have a degree in engineering or a comparable professional qualification.

ACTIVIDADES
GESTION SISTEMAS, PROCESOS FINANCIEROS
- Gestionar la parametrización de los sistemas EMOBILITY: EV platform, MBC y SAP
- Conciliar la transmisión de datos entre los sistemas EMOBILITY
- Realizar la parametrización en EV Platform de los precios y reembolsos de los nuevos CPO
- Asegurar pago de facturación MSP
- Lanzar en MBC y SAP los procesos de autofacturación
- Realizar los pedidos y suministros de materiales y de servicios
- Gestionar el stock de equipos y componentes
- Verificación facturas de electricidad
- Solicitar nuevos Acuerdos de Compromiso, Centros de Beneficio y Coste
- Vigilar la evolución de CAPEX
- Gestionar los dosieres de subvenciones, dese presentación hasta adjudicación
- Enviar mensualmente a los partner los datos de consumos
- Enviar mensualmente a los partner los datos de pago de comisiones
- Emitir mensualmente las autofacturas de pago de comisiones
- Mantener actualizado inventario partner: contactos, ubicaciones y condiciones de contrato
- Mantener al día el inventario de CPO de TotalEnergies en España
- Mantener actualizados los precios de los puntos de recarga en la EV-Platform
- Conciliación de datos de facturación de todos los sistemas de pago (PAYG, TPV, RFID)
- Emitir mensualmente los informes de Ev-Platform para el control de la actividad de recarga
- Gestión de los cargadores según procedimiento interno de POI
- Mantener KPI de la actividad que muestre analíticamente la evolución de la misma
- Gestionar alta de nuevas acometidas de electricidad
- Asegurar el proceso de facturación a los MSP
- Verificar la correspondencia de operaciones MSP entre EV-Platform y MBC
- Vigilancia periódica de la experiencia usuario en las plataformas digitales
- Responder a las comunicaciones enviadas por los clientes
- Evaluar la satisfacción cliente y proponer acciones de mejora
- Coordinar las operaciones de mantenimiento (preventivo, correctivo) de la red de estaciones
