As a member of the Media & Digital Department in a context of business growth and transformation, you will design the Media & Digital strategy and you will actively promote brand online excellence in Spain through the digital spaces of our distributors and own e-com. You will coordinate the strategy for own eCommerce, e-Retail and CRM, driving sales for Guerlain.com business in line with the business ambition while contributing to Brand Elevation by building relevant partnerships and ensuring the perfect execution of product launches and commercial activations.

The main MISIONS will be:

• MEDIA & DIGITAL
• Management and Coordination with Central, Creative Agency and Media Agency for Media (TV, OOH, Print) & Digital Campaigns, (CTV, Display, Social Media and VOL): Strategy Definition, Media plan construction, media & digital assets production and validation, previews and tracking coordination.
• Measure and report performance of all media & digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Be aware of Media & Digital trends and novelties and promote the institutional relationship.
• Management of Media & Digital plan budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
• Permanent contact with Communication and PR Department for 360ª Media & Digital Campaigns and events.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM Campaigns
• Manage and coordinate with Central and Retailers all posts displayed on Retailer’s Social Media profiles.
• Train internal teams to be updated on digital trends and brand activities.
• CRM
• Define goals and strategy for Loyalty Program
• Manage of Loyalty Program budget
• Supervise the proposed communication plan (for customers and retailers – omnichannel)
• Developing of specifics communications to support big animations on POS
• Loyalty Program analysis: Business impact, Clients profile...
• ERETAIL
• Define the strategy of e-retail activity
• Supervise and ensure the implementation of the ad hoc plans for each retailer
• Managing and coordination with Retailers and Trade Marketing Team of the E-trade Campaigns on Retailer’s e-shops according to Trade Marketing plan.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing or Business
• Experience of at least 5 years in a Media & Digital role
• Management skills to lead, develop and inspire your team
• Result-driven profile with multitask capacity to manage several projects at the same time and a keen eye on detail
• A willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• You speak Spanish and English, and master Google Ads, Excel and reporting
