What will your responsibilities be?

- Develop and maintain the authorization system for IAA applications.
- Manage SOX controls and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Review and approve access requests for investment applications.
- Conduct quality controls and document access controls for new tools.
- Act as an access management expert in projects and initiatives.
- Improve the use of SAP GRC and provide training.
- Support the development of IAA infrastructure and services.
- Facilitate the transition from projects to daily operations.
- Document OLAs/SLAs and collaborate with service providers.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and automate processes.
- Implement KPIs to measure authorization service delivery.

What are the requirements?

- Bachelor/master´s degree in computer science/finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of IT-experience is mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead and work independiente in multi-cultural environment and facilitating work shops
- Strong Communication skills in written and spoken English are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with Clients/Service-providers.
- Basic knowledge of SAP FSCM and SAP GRC is advantage.
- Experience in area of Application Management is an advantage.
- Having experience in Finance is an advantage.
- Experience with JIRA or any other incident management tool is highly desirable.
