- As a Program Manager on our team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering synergies and driving excellence. You will lead initiatives that enhance our workflows and optimize our processes.
- You will ensure a collaborative approach within our team, enabling timely deliverables and maintaining strong relationships with other teams. Your efforts will guarantee that the right inputs are in place to kick off development and that outcomes are effectively communicated to our stakeholders. Your technical background in Software Engineering (SwE) or Data Science (DS) will be invaluable as you will work with our team to identify the best solutions. You will be instrumental in improving our way of working and achieving our ambitious goals. - Demonstrates advanced-level proficiency in overseeing programs, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and units to drive alignment and improve operational efficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of multiple organizational units landscape.
- Understands the full range of products, services and processes in scope of multiple product units.
- Effectively manages large program scope, budgets and ensuring optimal resource allocation for successful project/program delivery.
- Facilitates the resolution of problems.
- Recognized within the organization as an expert who holds specialized depth and breadth of expertise in own discipline.

- Identifies / solves complex problems. Also guides others in resolving such problems within specialized areas based on existing solutions and processes.
- Trains/mentors junior staff.
- May lead function teams or projects and serves as a best practices/quality resource.
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
- Applies and interprets industry best practices and standards to improve and make recommendations for products, services, or processes.
- Drives innovation and continuous improvement within the project management discipline, leveraging strategic and innovative capabilities to address complex challenges.
- Accountability
- Exhibits high level of accountability and ownership in managing and delivering large and complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Ability to proactively identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation actions by working closely with Product units, and manage them effectively within the project management process.
- Sets expectations for best practices within the team, serving as a role model for a can-do way of working based on data at an advanced level.
