Job Description: We are seeking an Global Services Trainee to join one of our main clients in the insurance sector: Chubb.

The objective of this position is to support the Global Services area and to be able to enter the insurance sector.


Key Responsibilities:

-Analyzing documentation supplied but internal and external stakeholder, sorting them and putting the relevant systems.
-To have an in-depth understanding of processes and to adopt an ethos of continuous review with the intention of improving, error proofing, automating, simplifying, clarifying and eradicating any non-valueprocess steps.
-Proactively gain and develop knowledge of all relevant lines of business to facilitate accurate processing for both retained and outsourced work elements.
-Build strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices and other external parties, become the main focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.
-To work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.

Qualifications:

-Native/bilingual level in German.
-Advanced level of English(C1).
-Possibility of an agreement with a university or business school.
-Insurance background is preferred.
-Competent in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
-Strong customer service skills and customer centric attitude.
