About the Role:

We are looking for a HR Manager to join a company located in Castelldefels (Barcelona). He/she will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives at corporate level.
• Act as a mentor and guide for the HR team, offering direct support with daily tasks and helping resolve challenges that may arise. Help grow the HR Team.
• Develop and implement training plans, not only for the company but also for the professional growth of the HR team members.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure that the HR department is aligned with the company’s long-term talent needs.
• Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and talent acquisition/retention.
• Create, develop and improve HR procedures and policies at corporate level according to business needs.
• Supervise and collaborate on key department projects, such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Global responsibility for the organization talent functions and culture.
• Organize and oversee well-being activities within the team, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for department members.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience and knowledge in talent management practices and tools.
• Mastery of the English language.
• Strong cross cultured communication skills.
