Job Purpose
The People & Culture (P&C) Lead, typically reporting to a Regional P&C Manager, is responsible in one big or multiple small entities in a country or a HUB, for the Employee Life Cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, data management processes while working closely with the respective local management and acting as change agent for the implementation of P&C
initiatives in their scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Life Cycle
Execute the employee life cycle activities; ensure accurate and timely completion of all administration processes; provide support and guidance to line managers, new joiners, and leavers throughout the process; propose improvements to procedures.
Talent Acquisition
Responsible for the recruitment in the scope from shortlisting, selecting, to appointing suitable candidates. Ensure the hiring and onboarding of new employees in alignment with the central P&C Talent Acquisition processes and policies.
Business Advice
Resolve complex queries in the scope by providing information on policies and/ or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others. P&C Data Analytics and Insights Deliver analyses of P&C data; identify trends and contribute to the creation of P&C insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
Compliance
Identify, within the P&C team, instances of noncompliance with the central and regional policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.
Stakeholder Engagement
Contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders; by finding out their needs, issues, and concerns; and by reacting to these needs, issues, and concerns..
Project Management - P&C Framework
Responsible for the implementation of P&C central and regional policies and procedures within the scope, escalating feedback when necessary.
Employee Relations Management
Provide support and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions (including disciplinary action) for individual employee relations cases together with Regional P&C Manager when needed.
Internal Communications
Execute a communications plan within established internal communication systems and procedures in alignment with the Regional P&C Manager and/or local management.
Workforce Planning
Prepare workforce plans for the scope to identify the number of staff required to
meet the demand forecast in close collaboration with management and Regional
P&C Manager
Payroll Knowledge
Interlocution with the external company that administrates the payroll, as well as the direct communication with the employees for any consultation/incident.
LANGUAGES
English & Spanish: Professional working proficiency - Able to speak the language with sufficient structural accuracy and vocabulary to participate effectively in most conversations on practical professional topics.
