Areas of Activity and Learning:

  • Talent Selection: Participate in the recruitment process, including posting job offers, reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews and tests, and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the process.
  • Artificial Intelligence: Work on training AI models applied to talent selection, exploring how technology can optimize recruitment processes.
  • Data Analysis: Perform statistical analysis on selection data to provide insights and improve decision-making processes.
  • Market Research: Collaborate in analyzing labor market trends and competition to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement in talent acquisition.
  • Social Media and Communication: Manage the posting of job offers on social media platforms, interact with candidates, and create attractive content related to recruitment and employer branding.
  • Professional Development: Learn and receive continuous training, with the support of a coach, on selection processes, AI, data analysis, and communication, improving your skills and knowledge in the field.


Requirements:

  • Currently studying a degree or master's.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally, with a proactive attitude towards new challenges.
  • Enjoy working in teams, building genuine relationships, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Be a creative individual, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and implement them effectively.
  • Have a flexible and curious mindset, with an interest in data and new technologies.
