En Supernormal queremos que comer bien sea lo normal. Cultivamos frutas y verduras en nuestro huerto en Tiétar, cocinamos en nuestro obrador y, además, compramos el producto a otros productores, todo ello para garantizar calidad, sabor y sostenibilidad. Vendemos online y en tiendas físicas, sin intermediarios y con total control sobre lo que ponemos a disposición de los clientes.

El puesto

Buscamos a alguien para:

• Gestión y dinamización de nuestras redes sociales (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, entre otras).
• Búsqueda e identificación de tendencias en redes sociales.
• Generación de contenido atractivo: redacción de textos, diseño de creativos y edición de fotos y vídeos.
• Fotografía de producto: sesiones creativas para web, redes y materiales promocionales.
• Soporte en la planificación y ejecución de campañas de marketing en canales físicos (material de punto de venta, cartelería, folletos, eventos, ferias, acciones BTL, etc.).
• Coordinación con proveedores (impresores, diseñadores externos, puntos de venta).
• Seguimiento de métricas básicas y elaboración de pequeños informes de resultados.
• Propuesta de ideas creativas para conectar con clientes tanto online como offline.

Perfil que buscamos

• Hasta 3 años de experiencia en puestos de marketing y/o creación de contenido.
• Proactividad, iniciativa y capacidad de organización.
• Sensibilidad por la alimentación, la gastronomía y la sostenibilidad.
• Formación relacionada con Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación, Diseño Gráfico o similar (Grado, FP o Máster).
• Conocimientos básicos de herramientas de diseño y edición (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere o similares).
• Conocimientos de fotografía y edición básica de imágenes/vídeos.
• Nivel de redacción impecable y creatividad para contar historias que conecten.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and highly motivated Social Media Intern to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining our clients' social media profiles across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, Pinterest).
• Help create, curate, and schedule engaging and original content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform and specific client brand voice and objectives.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends (in real estate, education, hospitality, and AI), relevant news, competitor activities, and opportunities for client engagement.
• Engage with online communities on behalf of our clients, responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner.
• Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns designed to boost brand engagement, generate leads, and achieve client KPIs.
• Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) using various analytics tools and assist in preparing performance reports for clients.
• Research relevant hashtags, influencers, and potential collaborations relevant to our diverse client base.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, platform updates, and emerging trends, particularly those involving AI in marketing.
• Assist in researching and identifying opportunities to integrate AI tools and techniques into social media strategies (under guidance).
• Collaborate with account managers and the wider marketing team on various projects and administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, AI in Business, or a related field.
• A genuine passion for social media, digital marketing, and emerging technologies, especially AI.
• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and their respective best practices and advertising capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a significant plus, given our location and client base).
• Basic understanding of content creation (copywriting, simple graphic design using tools like Canva, or video editing skills are highly advantageous).
• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts (under supervision), and contribute effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Búsqueda de tendencias y nuevos conceptos visuales.
• Postproducción de contenido para medios digitales.
