Marketing & Operations Coordinator (Part-Time – 20 Hours per Week)
Brunch Club is one of Madrid's leading brunch destinations, serving high-quality food, specialty coffee, and innovative drinks in a welcoming environment. We are looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Marketing & Operations Coordinator to help support the continued growth of the business across both our cafés and online presence.
The Role
This is a varied position combining marketing, content creation, administration, procurement, and operational support. The successful candidate will help strengthen our brand, improve our online visibility, and support the day-to-day management of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content
* Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
* Assist with photography, video creation, and content planning.
* Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer enquiries when required.
* Research food, beverage, and hospitality trends.
* Coordinate promotional campaigns and special events.
* Work with management to develop marketing strategies and seasonal initiatives.
SEO & Website
* Write and publish blog articles to improve Google rankings and increase organic traffic.
* Research trending search terms related to brunch, coffee, hospitality, and food & beverage trends.
* Update website content, menus, and promotions as required.
* Assist with local SEO initiatives and Google Business Profile management.
* Monitor website performance and search visibility.
Operations, Administration & Business Support
* Maintain and organise business documents, reports, and databases.
* Update and maintain the product costing database, ensuring ingredient and menu costs remain accurate.
* Monitor competitor pricing, menu trends, and market positioning.
* Assist with staff scheduling and rota planning.
* Support inventory reporting and supplier management.
* Coordinate the procurement of branded merchandise, uniforms, takeaway cups, packaging, and promotional materials.
* Obtain quotes from suppliers and manage purchasing processes.
* Assist with customer databases, reservations, and general enquiries.
* Support the preparation of business reports and performance analysis.
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the management team.
Requirements
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Good level of Spanish.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Experience with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data.
* Interest in food, coffee, hospitality, and digital marketing.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage businesses.
* Knowledge of SEO and WordPress.
* Photography and video editing skills.
* Experience with Google Analytics and Google Business Profile.
* Experience with product costing, purchasing, or procurement.
* Understanding of scheduling and workforce planning.

We are looking for a highly autonomous Content Creator and Community Manager Intern who can transform our growing social media presence into a powerful lead generation channel.
Your Responsibilities
Social Media
- Develop our Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Grow our audience.
- Generate leads of people who want to buy or sell real estate in Valencia, and in Madrid.
- Generate leads of people who want to make property renovations in Valencia, and in Madrid.
Content Creation & Field Experience
You won't just create content from a desk: you'll spend time with our teams on-site.
You'll regularly accompany:
- Gaetano, our Head of Renovation Projects.
- Pedro, our Interior Design Manager.
- Maxime and Clement, our Real Estate Agents.
You'll visit renovation sites, apartments, and properties to capture high-quality photos and videos that showcase our expertise and tell authentic stories about our projects.
Your goal is to produce engaging content (Reels, Stories, Posts, Shorts, etc.) that highlights what Terreta Spain does best.
Community Management
- Manage interactions professionally across all social media platforms.
- Respond to comments and help strengthen our online community.
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
- Suggest improvements based on data and trends.
Creative Innovation
Create high-quality videos and visual content covering:
- Real estate buying and selling
- Property investment
- Rental management

We are looking for someone capable of producing modern, dynamic and highly engaging social media content.
Who We're Looking For
You already know how to create content that performs on social media and have a portfolio demonstrating your skills.
Education
- We don't care for diplomas.
- We care much more about your portfolio than your degree, and your passion for content creation and Social Media.
Internship Agreement
A valid internship agreement ("Internship Convention") with your university is mandatory.
We welcome students of all nationalities, provided their educational institution is eligible to issue an internship agreement.

Independence
This internship requires someone capable of working with a high level of autonomy.

- Spanish is preferred but not absolutely mandatory, as you'll work daily with our Spanish-speaking team.

You should already know how to edit professional short-form videos independently.
