Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our CEO and oversee office operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the company by managing administrative and operational tasks, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall efficiency.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and an interest in the football industry. You will play a key role in supporting leadership while also ensuring that our office remains a dynamic and inspiring place to work.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Provide direct support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in planning and executing key company initiatives, ensuring follow-ups and tracking progress.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including employees, talents, brands, and partners.
- Draft presentations, reports, and internal communications as required.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Office Management Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-maintained, organized, and productive workspace.
- Proactively improve the office environment by suggesting and implementing upgrades in aesthetics, decorations, gadgets, and functionality to enhance the work atmosphere.
- Manage office supplies, technology, and operational needs.
- Work on projects to improve office efficiency, culture, and sustainability.
- Organize team-building activities, events, and internal meetings.
Operational & HR Support:
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as recruitment coordination, onboarding new employees, and maintaining personnel records.
- Support the implementation of company policies and internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with office regulations and best practices.
Your Profile
- Prior experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Operations Coordinator) is a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (any Bacehlor’s degree in Administration).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a strong ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest in the football industry and an understanding of the business landscape in sports, media, and content creation.
- Advanced proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Must have a valid work permit for the location of employment (Barcelona).
