🔝As a SC Planning Practice Lead you will be accountable for the delivery, sales and capability related aspect within the practice.

🚀 Overseeing project implementation.

🔑 Manage team (+30 people), growth, capability plan, etc.

✖️Closely collaboration with the software partners to support join sales and delivery.

📢Advising organizations on how to implement best practices and support on business process transformation based on value driven principals.

Skills

📚Education: University Degree (Engineer, Business Administration, Mathematics or Physics).

❗Experience in 2-3 full cycle SCP implementation projects in client facing roles

Deep SCP business process understanding (S&OP, IBP, Distribution Planning, Inventory optimization, production scheduling, MPS, MRP, Demand Planning).

Deep understanding on any of the Tier 1 SCP platforms (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, O9, OMP).

Basic knowledge of optimization strategies, integration model and database structure.

Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions and closely partnering with clients to regularly confirm expectations are met and value delivered.

Passion for technology trends e.g. AI, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration.

Clear understanding of key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.
