Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong foundation in Business Intelligence (BI) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess an excellent understanding of business processes, experience in programming, and the ability to handle big data. This role requires a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between IT and business needs to drive insights and improvements.

What will your mission be?

• Analyze business needs and requirements, documenting and translating them into functional specifications for BI solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards to aid business decisions.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and deliver comprehensive BI insights.

• Program and manipulate databases to extract, clean, and transform large datasets into usable formats.

• Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and reports, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing these tools to derive insights.

• Continuously improve and update analytical processes to enhance the business’s data-driven decision-making capability.

• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new BI tools and technologies.

What do we need from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Business Intelligence.

• Programming skills and experience in handling big data.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is required.

• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
