Position Overview

To organise and maintain all showrooms by brand. The most important objective is to be able to implement all showroom directives during market periods to reflect a luxury and unique selling/buying environment that reflects the companies Identity. In order to achieve this an understanding of stock control and sample management is of paramount importance. Teamwork is essential as the showroom team have to work very closely with sales and visual/creative teams to ensure all directives are met.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Sample Management across all brands. From checking delivery status to merchandising.

Ability to strictly follow a pre set budget and work well within these constraints on a day top day basis

Ability to track all expenditures on a pre set budget tracker spread sheet

Code and sticker samples for all brands.

Merchandising of all showrooms< with assistance from Brand Image

Maintain all showrooms during market.

Daily pull lists.

Cast and arrange models for all brands.

Arrange catering and client hospitality for all showrooms.

Direct sample rotation and storage facilities.

Direct sample send outs for shoots etc.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Self motivated.
• Ability to deal with fast paced and changing environments
• Strong communication and analytical skills combined fashion sensibilities
• Keen eye for detail
• Able to multi-task and work towards numerous simultaneous deadlines
• Ideally educated to a degree standard.
• IT proficiency to a high standard.
• Previous experience with fashion ideally with some experience of a showroom environment.
