Buscamos un/a “Vaccines Account Primary” (VAP) que quiera unirse al equipo de Especialistas en Vacunas de GSK para gestionar la provincia de Madrid reportando al Director Regional de la zona.
La persona seleccionada tendrá la gran oportunidad de ser miembro del equipo que está participando en la creación de los estándares de la Vacunación del adulto en España.
Será responsable de gestionar las cuentas de atención primaria de su área de trabajo visitando fundamentalmente enfermería, responsables y decisores de vacunación.

Buscamos un/a “Vaccines Account Primary” (VAP) que quiera unirse al equipo de Especialistas en Vacunas de GSK para gestionar la provincia de Madrid reportando al Director Regional de la zona.
La persona seleccionada tendrá la gran oportunidad de ser miembro del equipo que está participando en la creación de los estándares de la Vacunación del adulto en España.
Será responsable de gestionar las cuentas de atención primaria de su área de trabajo visitando fundamentalmente enfermería, responsables y decisores de vacunación.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Establecer y mejorar los circuitos de vacunación dentro de las cuentas asignadas.
- Promover la mejor coordinación entre los responsables de las áreas sanitarias y sus centros de salud.
- Trabajar para mejorar las coberturas vacunales en sus centros de salud.
- Definir, implementar y ejecutar un plan de acción en las cuentas asignadas, alcanzando los objetivos propuestos.
- Ejecutar el plan de visitas establecido, gestionando un fichero de clientes óptimo.
- Gestionar de forma eficiente el presupuesto asignado.
- Cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos establecidos, y completar las tareas administrativas requeridas.
- Una persona con grandes habilidades de comunicación capaz de motivar e influenciar en los demás.
- Buscamos una persona creativa, con iniciativa, acostumbrada a poner en marcha nuevas estrategias y capacidad de crear y gestionar un volumen alto de eventos y reuniones.
- Acostumbrado a trabajar con un alto nivel de independencia, autonomía y fuerte orientación a resultados.
- Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en visitas a Centros de Salud.
- Se valorará licenciatura universitaria, preferiblemente en Ciencias de la Salud.
- Residencia en Madrid y disponibilidad para viajar
