Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the human resources financial department, including payroll, benefits, compensation, and personnel budget.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures related to personnel, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data related to personnel.
- Analyze and report on labor costs, personnel productivity, and other financial aspects related to personnel, providing key insights for decision-making.
- Participate in personnel-related budget planning and control, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Lead and contribute to workforce planning initiatives, including analyzing staffing needs, forecasting future personnel requirements, and developing strategies to optimize workforce utilization and performance.
- Previous experience in financial roles, preferably with a focus on human resources or payroll.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and financial management systems.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, especially human resources and accounting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule (from 8:00/9:30 a.m. until 5:00/6:30 p.m.), intensive shift on Fridays (from 8:00/9:00 a.m. until 2:00/3:00 p.m.) and most of the bank of holidays
