The ideal candidate will have minimum 6-7 years of total experience, with at least 2-3 years as Senior Accountant/ Accounting Manager in a multinational group. Experience in a manufacturing/ industrial sector will be very desirable. Experience working in a sales company that sells products, not services, is also ok. Experience in HQ/ Regional HQ/ Cluster will be a plus. Experience managing countries or business units is a plus. IFRS knowledge is a must. Experience working with SAP FI/CO is a must. Reporting to the Group Head of Accounting, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

• Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS.
• Accurate management of fixed assets and operational accounting (project, profit center, internal order, and cost center accounting).
• Recording incoming orders and project revenue using SAP.
• Maintaining various master data and daily monitoring of value flows in SAP.
• Hedge, equity, and lease accounting according to IFRS.
• Reconciling and managing various clearing accounts; balance sheet account reconciliation.
• Process responsibility and controls in the RTR area.
• Acting as a contact person for internal and external partners, including auditors, banks, and service partners.
• Supporting financial projects and initiatives (e.g. system implementations, process optimizations, automations).

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting, Finance or Controlling.
• The ideal candidate will have minimum 6-7 years of total experience, with at least 2-3 years as Senior Accountant/ Accounting Manager in a multinational group, preferably in HQ/ Regional HQ/ Cluster, or similar.
• Sector: Experience in manufacturing/ industrial sector is very desirable. Experience working in a sales company that sells products, not services, is also ok.
• Professional experience in accounting according to IFRS, is a must.
• Knowledge of local Swiss GAAP is a plus.
• Experience in project accounting is desired.
• Confidence in closing accounts and a strong affinity for automated processes, logical thinking, and pragmatic solutions.
• Experience managing countries or business units is a plus.
• Excellent SAP FI/CO knowledge is a must. Further modules are a plus (MM, SD, PS, VIM).
• Solid MS Office skills, strong Excel skills.
• Very high English level (written and spoken) is a must.
• Good German skills are a plus.
