Mission & Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and extracting insights from large datasets from various sources in our AWS Datalake to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data engineers to implement scalable solutions and ensure that the data you work with is clean and reliable. You will be expected to create actionable results through statistical analysis, data visualization, and software development, enabling decision-making across different teams. You will also play a key role in supporting the team´s efforts to use data more effectively and to automate key business processes.

You will work in a transparent environment where knowledge-sharing and open communication are encouraged. As a team player, you´ll engage with others to reach common goals, making sure to balance both the big picture and fine details.

You will apply your knowledge of statistical analysis and experience with tools like Python or Spark to implement solutions and provide clear insights. Additionally, you will help design and produce efficient data pipelines, contributing to the success of the team and its projects.

To be successful in the role you must bring:
- At least +3 years of experience in Statistical Analysis: Strong knowledge of basic statistical concepts and the ability to implement them in programming languages such as Python or Spark. You know when to use different statistical indicators and have experience summarizing insights from data.
- Experience with Large Datasets: Familiarity with working on large datasets and implementing scalable solutions. You understand data cleaning, and you know how to collaborate effectively with data engineers.

¿Qué tendrás que hacer?

El perfil de Responsable Business Insights VoC deberá poner a disposición de la Compañía la información para facilitar la toma de decisiones y el seguimiento/evolución del modelo VoC/Cx, incluyendo la preparación de los datos y el desarrollo de los cuadros de mando/informes/presentaciones necesarias para ello.

Algunas de las funciones más específicas de un/a Responsable Business Insights VoC:

Definir los KPIs asociados al modelo VoC/Cx incluyendo el análisis de su impacto en el negocio de la Compañía.

Identificar y trasladar “insights” que permitan la articulación de palancas y acciones específicas para actuar sobre la mejora continua del modelo VoC/Cx en la Compañía.

Análizar y gestionar peticiones/consultas dirigidas a Ambassadors sobre la explotación del modelo VoC/Cx.

Llevar el reporting y presentación de resultados a otras áreas de negocio/órganos de gobierno de la Compañía.

Definir Objetivos NPS por Compañía/Área/Departamento/Equipo y seguimiento periódico

Aportar la visión analítica en la definición de peticiones a terceros (Medallia, equipo Agile,…).

Soporte a la difusión y formación del Modelo de Voz del Cliente/Cx (Territorio, Ambassadors, Canales,..).

Apoyar a la consolidación y continuidad del modelo de Voz del Cliente/Cx en la Compañía (incluye el seguimiento y validación de desarrollos en Medallia).

Además, sería genial si tuvieses los siguientes conocimientos:

• BBDD: SQL, MySQL
• Lenguajes de Programación Multiparadigma Python, Scala.
• Programación Orientada a Objetos, como Java o C++
• Nivel de inglés fluido (mínimo B2).

Nos sorprenderás agradablemente si también hubieses tenido conocimiento de:

• Spark o Pyspark
• Machine Learning
• Deep Learning.
