We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and administrative functions. In this role, you will assist with the coordination of business activities such as document control through customer platforms, and ensure the timely updating of EHS-related facility documentation, including legionella controls, fire extinguisher inspections, and air conditioning checks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinating business activities, including document control through customer platforms, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of documentation related to EHS documentation for facilities (legionella control, fire extinguisher), and training records.
• Contribute to sustainability and waste reduction initiatives as applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Stay current with EHS regulations and best practices relevant to the industry.
Education/ Skills/ Experience:
• You are studying administration or a similar subject with a focus on EHS.
• You have a passion for human managing documentationand are interested in joining a multidisciplinary work team.
• You are digitally affine: High level of working with Office Package ( Excel, PPT, etc…) is requested
• You have a creative, inquisitive and communicative personality
• You enjoy new challenges and would like to put your theoretical knowledge into practice
• High level in English ( B2 or higher)
• EHS knowledge is desirable.
Skill Requirements:
This position is ideal for a student of Administration or a related field with an interest in EHS, who enjoys working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and is eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. Strong digital skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, a communicative mindset, and a good command of English are essential. Prior knowledge of EHS concepts is a plus.
