Catalog and Routing

The MongoDB Catalog and Routing team carries the important responsibility of hiding the complexity of building a distributed database system. They implement scalable interfaces with strong consistency guarantees which are used by other MongoDB developers to navigate and organize user data. As a result, their work has a direct impact on the productivity of the entire organization and the success of MongoDB’s horizontal scaling strategy.

Recent work includes the addition of unpartitioned datasets to the catalog such that it can be balanced across multiple nodes without splitting a table’s keyspace, embedding cluster topology components to reduce the operational complexity of running a sharded cluster, and the ability to perform concurrent data definition operation.

What we are looking for in you

• In the process of receiving a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Have a foundation in computer science theory, with proficiencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design

Your main responsibility will be to translate complex technical details into clear, concise, and accessible content for varied audiences. You’ll play a key role in connecting the dots between Product and CX, ensuring that product information is centralized and shared. 3. Content Development & AI Integration

• Leverage AI tools for content localization, updates, and adjustments, keeping up with the increasing workload. (In collaboration with our localization managers)

Requisitos mínimos

• Licenciatura/Grado en Económicas, Administración y Dirección de empresas, turismo y/o ingeniería.
• Experiencia de 1 o 2 años en puesto similar.
• Se valora positivamente conocimientos de SAP, Tableau y Power BI.
• Se valorará positivamente experiencia en procesos de digitalización de la función de auditoría y control interno.

The Core Data Product department is looking for a Data Product Team Leader to act as the central point to lead and coordinate the development of the data platform and products spanning the central data lake, modern reporting & analytical tools, and automation.
The chosen candidate needs to be passionate about designing robust data-driven products to deliver insightful analytics and digitalization for efficient processes across the group and its customers.

*What You´ll Do*

* Be a Data expert and have a deep understanding of how the data works; data producers, ELT/ETL process, data consumers, data quality, data architecture, analytics, machine learning, and cloud services.
* Direct management of Data Product Managers.
* Leading the entire Data product lifecycle: Define product roadmap, maintain frequent communication with different clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate these to PRDs, Features and User Stories,
* Interface with data engineers and QA, finalize the delivery and launch of innovative products.
* Work closely with the rest of the product organizations on new initiatives to facilitate the requirement-gathering process for the data platform early on.
* Contribute to the overall data architecture, including the investigation of data assets, technical platforms, integrations, and processes across functions, documenting the knowledge gathered.

*What We´re Looking For*

* 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner of a data product, working with complex data & analytics solutions (Data Lake, DWH, Cloud Service). A must.
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer/BI Development. Huge advantage.
* 2+ years of managerial experience . A must.
* *Hands-on product manager* involved deeply in the day-to-day, guide and mentor junior PMs.
* Experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry and/or Sportsbook. Huge advantage.
* Experienced with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies - A must.
* BA/B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or another quantitative field.
* Understanding how the product’s use cases affect data modeling, data infrastructure, and data analytics.
* Experience with data architecture and infrastructure.
* Excellent communication skills in English and strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record serving meaningful Business Intelligence through reports, dashboards and visualizations using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense or Sisense.

Estamos buscando un/a Data Analyst altamente motivado/a para unirse a nuestro equipo en el sector asegurador. El/la candidato/a ideal tendrá experiencia trabajando con Python y Spark, será capaz de manejar grandes volúmenes de datos y estará orientado/a a la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.

Responsabilidades

• Analizar y procesar grandes conjuntos de datos para extraer insights accionables.
• Diseñar, implementar y optimizar pipelines de datos utilizando Spark y Python.
• Colaborar con equipos de negocio para identificar oportunidades de mejora mediante el análisis de datos.
• Crear reportes y dashboards que apoyen la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
• Garantizar la calidad, integridad y seguridad de los datos manejados.
• Contribuir al diseño y desarrollo de soluciones de análisis predictivo.

Requisitos mínimos

• Título en Matemáticas, Estadística, Informática, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Data Analyst o en roles similares.
• Conocimientos avanzados en Python y Spark para el análisis y procesamiento de datos.
• Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales (SQL) y no relacionales.
• Familiaridad con herramientas de visualización de datos como Tableau, Power BI o similares.
