Job Summary:
This position will be responsable for Performs and oversees the company's accounting functions: treasury, tax compliance, accounting records, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, audit attendance, in accordance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Responsabilities will include but are not limited to:
- Accounting transactions records and ensure a closing according to the company group deadlines.
- Accounts receivable revenue accounting, deposits applications, aging report.
- Accounts payable: expense and inventory accounting, payment applications, aging report.
- Tax Compliance Activities.
- Control and manage Travel & Entertainment Expenses accounting.
- Treasury functions (vendor payments, customer deposit aplications, bank reconciliations).
- Attention to internal and external Audit Requirements co-working close to audit team in Mexico.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous accounting, tax & administrative experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and engage effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, local & international.
- Strong knowledge and use of appropriate MS Office software.
- Knowledge and intermediate experience using SAP S4HANA
- Desirable knowledge and experience in import, export & logistic retail process.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

This sales operations coordinator will be Manage all incoming and outgoing products, through logistics strategies, in order to effectively comply with the supply chain.
Responsabilities
- Prepares and monitors all documents regarding the reception and tracking of orders, coordinates in the reception and payment of the requested shipments.
- Prepares the corresponding documentation for the shipment of the product to the client.
- Monitoring of all deliveries of orders to customers.
- SAP update (orders, purchase and sales invoices) Updating Business Partner in SAP
- Management and protection of the documentation under your responsibility.
- Support for monthly closing according to sales.
- Maintain control of physical inventories against the system using the formats authorized by the Logistics and Warehouse department.
- Supervise periodic, monthly, semi-annual and annual inventories.
- Check the logistics data sent to us by Alfil for each customer order (reference, number and weight of boxes, pallet type and check also pictures sent by Alfil to verify if everything is correct). Coordinate the arrival of containers at the warehouse with Alfil and forwarders.
- Update the status of shipments to Barcelona and customer orders, through a control in an Excel document that is updated daily.
- Maintain current sanitary permits. Management of customs procedures, tax refunds.
- Import License and Tariff Iines Updates. Incoterm update for each distributor
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in International Commerce, Industrial Enginieer, Administration or related
• Previous Custom Regulations, logistic experiece
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and engage effectively.
• Proven public speaking ability for delivering presentations/training.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the spirits or luxury industry is a plus.
