What your day will look like
- Assist in the month end reporting process to deliver timely and accurate information
- Have full responsibility for a part of the ledger processes relevant to your strengths
- Assist with the year end audit process and statutory reporting
- Support the finance team's wider plans to prepare for an IPO
- Improve the efficiency of financial processes and procedures and monitor compliance
- Share knowledge between team members to ensure cover is available when needed
- Actively develop your own skills to ensure current knowledge of applicable standards and regulations
- Establish strong relationships with key colleagues outside the wider finance team
- Exceptional academic track record and subsequent career performance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ACMA, CPA, etc.)
- Experience at a large public accounting firm, or public multinational corporate accounting department preferred
- NetSuite or similar enterprise grade systems experience
- Willingness to travel up to four times per year

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?
- Prospección y venta nueva. Como parte del departamento comercial proporcionaras apoyo técnico al departamento de preventa en visitas y reuniones con clientes para identificar necesidades y oportunidades de negocio, coordinando la toma de requisitos.
- Te encargarás de mantener y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes clave, asegurando su satisfacción y continuidad.

Qué buscamos de ti?
- De 4 - 5 años de experiencia profesional como ingeniero preventa / consultor de venta de servicios .
- Grado en ingeniería, electrónica o similares.
- Valorable nivel alto de inglés escrito y hablado (B2-C1)

¿QUÉ HACEMOS EN EL EQUIPO?
En el área de Implantación y Gestión de proyectos de Soluciones IoT, dentro de la dirección de Operaciones de Telefónica Tech IOT Big Data, somos responsables de liderar y ejecutar los proyectos de forma exitosa para nuestros clientes. Nos encargamos de la planificación, coordinación, supervisión y ejecución de todas las actividades relacionadas con los proyectos.
Adicionalmente, liderarás un equipo de trabajo que tiene un rol fundamental para la simplificación de las tareas administrativas realizadas dentro de los procesos de la Compañía, concentrando esta actividad en esta área, optimizando y simplificando este tipo de tareas.
¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?
Tu misión será liderar y gestionar al equipo de trabajo asignado a tu cargo para asegurar la correcta gestión, coordinación, ejecución y entrega de los proyectos asignados al equipo. Adicionalmente, liderarás el equipo de apoyo al negocio en el que se gestionarán todas aquellas actividades administrativas asignadas a este equipo de trabajo.
Principales actividades:
- Seguimiento de proyectos asignados a tu equipo de trabajo.
- Aseguramiento de planificaciones operativas y económicas de los proyectos.
- Gestión de escalados.
- Interlocución con clientes y proveedores.
- Seguimiento de la actualización de los datos en plataformas y herramientas de la compañía.
- Identificar, solucionar y/o escalar los problemas que surjan con relación a la ejecución de los proyectos.
- Aseguramiento de la comunicación del estado de los proyectos gestionados a cliente interno y externo.
- Seguimiento de actividad y propuesta de mejoras en las tareas administrativas asumidas por el área de apoyo al negocio (grabación de contratos, gestión de oportunidades y pedidos, elaboración de cartas oferta, expediciones de pedidos)
- Cumplimiento por parte del equipo de trabajo de los procedimientos aprobados por la compañía.
- Elaboración de informes de actividad y KPIs.
- Elaboración e implementación de cuadros de mando.
- Identificación de puntos de mejora en la actividad, con propuesta de optimización en los procesos, tratando de simplificar las tareas realizadas por el departamento.
- Seguimiento de la implementación de estos puntos de mejora con las áreas encargadas de esta implementación.
- Interlocución con otras áreas de la compañía para la descarga de tareas administrativas que puedan ser asumidas por el área de apoyo al negocio.
- Gestión de equipo y realización de feedback continuo.
Experiencia
- Valorable experiencia:
- Gestionando equipos de trabajo.
- Gestión de proyectos asociados a Soluciones de IOT.
- Interlocución con clientes y proveedores.
- Seguimiento económico de proyectos.
- Deseable titulación superior. Ingeniería/grado en Telecomunicaciones, Informática, Industrial o formación similar.
- Valorable: formación y certificaciones en gestión de proyectos PMP
Imprescindibles: conocimientos en productos y soluciones de IOT y valorable en soluciones audiovisuales.
Necesarios:
- Manejo de aplicaciones de Office 365, en especial Excel y Powerpoint para análisis y elaboración de informes.
- Conocimientos básicos y experiencia en CRM Salesforce, ERP Sap
- Conocimiento de metodología en PMP.

We have a number of mid level openings in our team seeking the following:

What your day will look like
As a Talent Scientist you will:
- Drive talent analytics to provide our business with real-time insight, partnering with the business to help them move through their hiring processes efficiently.
- Conduct in-depth behavioural talent interviews providing considerable insights into motivations and behaviours.
- Build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure we deliver against our hiring agenda, closely monitoring hiring activities, driving results and ensuring that there is consistency in our operational processes
- Drive data driven insights, making sure our decision making process is robust and supportive to inform our decisions.
- Consider our employer brand and how our interactions with a candidate impacts their experience
- Review and streamline hiring processes and tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with external third parties and platforms to ensure we maximise our return on investment.
- Bring a passion for diversity and inclusion, ensuring we remove unconscious bias from our hiring process and ensuring our sourcing strategy underpins this.
- An exceptional academic background including a Bachelors or Masters degree in a Psychology based subject

- Exposure/appreciation of psychometric assessments, including interpretation.

As a Talent Scientist, you will work closely with these Hiring Leads to drive initiatives, automation and best practice whilst offering an expert viewpoint on talent assessments. This is not a recruiter position; it's about the science of talent and performance, raising awareness and insights across the business so that they are able to select the best talent available from our global talent pool.
We have a number of mid level openings in our team seeking the following:
- Passionate about how an organisation selects talent using scientific approaches
- Ability to interview candidates using behavioural interviewing techniques (competency based and psychometric assessments)
- Strong analytical problem solving ability to identify trends and patterns using R or Python, SQL, statistical analysis, BI tooling etc.
- An exceptional academic background including a Bachelors or Masters degree in a Psychology based subject
- A high level of personal organisation to work remotely and be effective
What your day will look like
As a Talent Scientist you will:
- Drive talent analytics to provide our business with real-time insight, partnering with the business to help them move through their hiring processes efficiently.
- Conduct in-depth behavioural talent interviews providing considerable insights into motivations and behaviours.
- Build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure we deliver against our hiring agenda, closely monitoring hiring activities, driving results and ensuring that there is consistency in our operational processes
- Drive data driven insights, making sure our decision making process is robust and supportive to inform our decisions.
- Consider our employer brand and how our interactions with a candidate impacts their experience
- Review and streamline hiring processes and tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with external third parties and platforms to ensure we maximise our return on investment.
- Bring a passion for diversity and inclusion, ensuring we remove unconscious bias from our hiring process and ensuring our sourcing strategy underpins this.
- An exceptional academic background including a Bachelors or Masters degree in a Psychology based subject
- Strong analytical problem solving ability to identify trends and patterns using R or Python, SQL, statistical analysis, BI tooling etc.
- Exposure/appreciation of psychometric assessments, including interpretation.
- Experience of conducting behavioural, competency based interviews with the ability to train stakeholders and advise on how to get the best out of an interview.
- An demonstrative viewpoint on talent, with a deep appreciation of how to predict and measure success of people.
- Passionate about how an organisation selects talent using scientific approaches.
- A high level of personal organisation to work remotely and be effective.
- Willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year, for up to two weeks each.
- Experience in sourcing and headhunting with the ability to teach our senior leadership team how to hunt for industry leaders.
- Experience in statistical significance testing and experience in Bayesian inference and/or predictive analytics and ML.
- Exposure to the following tools: LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling.
