Requisitos
🎓 Experiencia mínima de 3 años como HRBP o en un rol similar.

🤝 Conocimiento en gestión del talento en entornos industriales o logísticos.

About the position As an Employment Support Officer, you will provide and support people with disability who are working, those who have recently secured employment and those whose job may be in jeopardy due to their disability.
You will also provide on the job assistance for the ones undertaking Work Experience Placements and Work Trials.

This position is Part Time Permanent based at our Malaga Office.
As An Employment Support Officer, You Will
Provide individualised, on the job support for customers based on their Job Plan and ensure that their needs for support such as transport and skills training as well as verbal and physical assistance are metIdentify priority customers and implement agreed responsibilities according to the Job Plan to maintain their employmentUpdate Job Plans and maintain customer's documentation and records to the required standardLiaise with employers, customer's families, and co-workers to maintain satisfactory job requirementsActively contribute to ensure consistency and excellence in all services including achievement of employment goals, program's success, and positive working relationshipParticipate in professional service development sessions and operational planningAssist and comply in the compilation of work procedures and instructions and keep them relevant to the quality systemBenefits Our employees are deeply connected with our vision and work passionatelyto support our customers to achieve their goals.
