About You
- Fluent level of proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish. French, Portuguese or Italian are a plus.
- Some experience in influencer marketing is preferred but not necessary.
- Current enrollment in Marketing, Communications, or any related field is required.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and technology as well as how these can be used to identify and build relationships with best-fit influencers.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The role involves liaising with colleagues, influencers, and management across territories, so strong written and verbal skills are paramount.
- Demonstrable ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.
- Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solver.
- Based or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Ensure correct communication of brand values and philosophy through actions with influencers globally.
- Be in charge of building and managing relationships with influencers. Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your influencers.
- Development of innovative projects for the positive growth of the brand.
- Research and identify key influencers globally. Drafting and closing influencer agreements.
- Be an effective self-starter and ensure all campaigns are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented.

About the role
Are you passionate about driving technical projects to success in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment? As a Technical Project Manager at Fever, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver cutting-edge cloud-native solutions. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind project success, ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders, managing project timelines, and overseeing the customization of solutions to meet partner requirements.
Your task will include:
- Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage expectations and provide regular project status updates.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Plan thorough testing and validation to ensure project deliverables meet specified criteria.
- Customization and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the engineering team to customize existing solutions to align with partner requirements.
- Facilitate collaboration between project stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure a seamless integration of customized solutions.
- Technical Acumen:
- Possess a solid technical understanding of the engineering solution, enabling effective communication and collaboration with the development team.
- Translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
- Resource Management:
- Ensure resources are allocated effectively between different teams.
- Identify and address resource constraints to maintain project momentum.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of modern web development practices and understanding of software development lifecycle
On your first month in Fever:
- Familiarize yourself with company business, procedures, and team dynamics.
- Conduct an in-depth review of ongoing projects and their status.
- Establish initial relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
- Begin contributing insights to enhance existing project management processes.
After 3 months in Fever:
- Successfully lead at least one project from initiation to completion.
- Demonstrate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of existing project management processes and propose improvements.
- Further strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
On your 6th month in Fever:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with different teams to ensure effective prioritization and resource allocation.
- Implement process improvements based on the review conducted during the third month.
- Continue to enhance relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the strategic vision of the company.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a cloud-native software environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architecture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders coming from different backgrounds (technical vs non-technical).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid organizational and leadership abilities.

About the Role
- Lead conversations with local tourism offices around the world to give visibility to our most relevant projects in each of our cities.
- Lead and drive tourism marketing initiatives worldwide to promote our events among tourists (including visibility in hotels, presence in tourist hotspots around the city, flyers, etc.).
- Organize activations in strategic locations (airports, hotels, fairs, events).Analyze tourism trends and consumer behavior.
- Analyze competitor activity in our category across key destinations.

About the role
- Manage 360º creative marketing campaigns end-to-end, from conceptualization to delivery, to sell our largest experiences across the globe
- Understand and align with the marketing strategy, proposing new opportunities and channels from a creative standpoint
- Create the concepts, briefs, and copywriting for a variety of assets including social media ads, email marketing, landing pages, OOH, and others.
- Work closely together with the design, video, and audiovisual production teams to bring ideas from concept to execution, ensuring the highest quality outputs

- Bilingual English speaker. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, creative conceptualization, content creation, or a similar role in an advertising agency
