What Your Role Is
As part of the Supply Chain team,the Customer Service Intern will report to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support The Customer Service On The Following Activities
- Give support to sales team
- Manage Order to Cash process for customers
- Support Customer Service team with invoicing process
- Internal management for customer claims
- Process invoices from suppliers
- Reporting point of sales data
What you will bring to the team
- FP Administration , management, etc
- Good level of English
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
- SAP knowledge
- Very strong analytical skills, and execution focused.
- Highly oriented to results.
