Python TSQL NoSQL Excel Power BI

This position focuses on analyzing and improving logistics network efficiency, particularly optimizing the first, middle, and last-mile processes. As a key contributor to operational insights and decision-making, you will leverage advanced analytics, build predictive models, and create dashboards to monitor and enhance network performance. Collaboration with cross-market teams is central to this role, as is the ability to design and implement KPIs aligned with business objectives.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?

· Conduct an exploratory analysis of the effectiveness of the network, with a particular focus on first, middle and last mile optimization to improve overall network efficiency

· Develop and present insights and recommendations based on the analysis conducted

· Work with all our markets to develop advanced operational analytics with a focus on improving the efficiency of the network

· Build models to support management decision making

· Develop compelling dashboards to measure the impact of new initiatives

· Conduct weekly KPI reporting to help broader teams make insightful data-driven decisions

· Design and develop new KPIs in line with business objectives to track performance

· Create and maintain documentation of analysis, KPIs and business definitions

Well, what will the requirements be?

· Fluency in English for verbal and written communication

· Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role

· Ability to work with large data sets, optimize queries/calculations and visualize data

· Ability to identify relationships between different pieces of information, draw logical and reliable conclusions and communicate them in a business-friendly manner

· Ability to apply statistical and mathematical knowledge to analysis

· Strong knowledge of Python (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn)

· Strong knowledge of SQL to build database queries

· Experience of working with data from a variety of sources (e.g. DWH, DataLake, Databricks, SQL and noSQL databases)

· Proficient in Excel

· Experience with Power BI and Power Automate

· Strong analytical skills

· Excellent organizational skills, proactive attitude and ability to work effectively under time pressure

· Experience on the logistics sector would be a plus (related to data analysis)
