• Greet and Assist: Be the friendly face welcoming passengers at the airport
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to every VIP customer
• Smooth Operations: You will provide supervisory support to our Third-party handler and make sure they provide a warm and friendly check in and assist our third party handler at the boarding gates to ensure our flights depart on time
• Customers Safety: Make sure our customers have a smooth and safe journey through the airport on their way back home from their holiday
• Safety and Security: Following the necessary safety and security procedures
  
  
  

• A team player with a friendly and positive attitude
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Flexibility to work across rotational shifts – weekends and bank holidays
• Calm under pressure – especially when managing challenging customers
• Previous experience is a plus, but we’ll provide full training
