As HR Projects and Coordination Intern, you will Join our EMEA HR team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
Based in our Madrid Head Office, this internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop a strong foundation for a career in human resources. Your role will be:
- Directly support the HR Director with regional and global HR projects, providing assistance in planning, coordinating, and executing various initiatives.
- Assist the HR Director in managing general HR tasks, ensuring smooth operation and effective communication within the HR team.
- Organize and support trainings (in person & virtual), workshops, events, and engagement activities.
- Collect, analyse, and present HR metrics and data to support decision-making processes, including preparing PowerPoint presentations for the HR Director.
- Support and develop internal communication initiatives.
- Manage, support, and coordinate HR projects and initiatives from inception to completion, providing regular updates to the HR Director on project progress and any potential issues.
- Support the coordination and administration of HR activities, including payroll-related tasks, employee recruitment and onboarding, and compliance tracking.
What is important for the role:
- You must be eligible for an internship in Spain.
- Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
- A passion for fashion and our product.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ideally able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university.
What We Offer:
- A 6-12 month internship program, starting April 2025.
