Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through the participation in the development and management of e-commerce and other digital campaigns across a variety of channels, in close collaboration with other marketing teams.
- Support the digital team in all the daily tasks of e-retail and e-commerce.
- Assist in the process of opening e-corners of the brand following image guidelines: evaluation of web environment, product files, etc.
- Collaboration in the e-trade plan in both social media and the retailers’ websites.
- Support in monthly reports, including the presentation and analysis of sales, campaigns’ performance, customers’ behavior by reference, benchmark of sites, among other KPIs.
- Participate in the launch of campaigns across websites, in line with the brand’s launching calendar and activations.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and campaigns on social media, affiliation, email, display and other channels.
- Support the CRM team in the management of campaigns (direct mailers, tracking, reporting, etc.) and Loyalty program needs (gifts, stock control, etc.).
- Analysis and monitoring of the competitors’ websites and benchmarks
- Enthusiastic, proactive and team player.
- Analytical and attention to detail.
- Organizational skills, with strong management skills.
- Knowledge of digital trends and platforms.
- Sensibility for the luxury and beauty sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising or related field. Master’s degree in Digital Marketing is highly valued.
- English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) and mid-level proficiency in Adobe Pack (Photoshop mainly). Knowledge of CRM platforms is considered a plus.
- Previous professional experience in e-retail and/or digital marketing positions will be considered a plus.
