You Will

• Support e-commerce customers and shoppers by addressing inquiries and resolving return-related issues efficiently.
• Analyze return trends, customer feedback, and operational bottlenecks to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to improve processes and implement customer-focused solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shopper satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance the return experience and optimize workflows.
• Contribute to automation initiatives, helping to build scalable and efficient processes.
• Take part in defining product improvements based on real shopper pain points and feedback.

You Will

• Be part of the Product Automations team at REVER, which is in the center of Logistics, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics and Tech teams.
• Be involved in the product and roadmap definition process to solve customer needs.
• Interact with REVER clients and REVER internal Teams to understand their requests, needs & priorities
• Make data-driven decisions to prioritize initiatives and be fast on their execution.
• Implement solutions to our core product (both internal and external)
• Build MVPs to validate new business opportunities
