• Gestionar y desarrollar las cuentas regionales y nacionales de gran distribución.
• Negociar acuerdos comerciales, condiciones anuales, promociones y lanzamientos.
• Analizar ventas, márgenes, rotaciones y oportunidades de crecimiento por cliente y categoría.
• Definir y ejecutar el plan comercial anual junto con Dirección.
• Coordinarse con marketing, producción y logística para asegurar el suministro y la visibilidad del producto.
• Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio con clientes actuales y nuevas cadenas.
• Realizar seguimiento de KPIs comerciales y presentar informes de evolución del negocio.

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a global customer support team serving an international client. Multiple start dates are available, and we offer remote work within Greece and a full relocation package for candidates coming from abroad.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering an excellent service experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
• Handling inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, deliveries, and technical issues
• Providing clear, accurate, and professional solutions
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Escalating complex cases when needed

• Native or fluent level in one of the required languages (C1/C2)
• Good level of English (minimum B2)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• EU passport or valid EU work permit
