You, as our Supplier Qualification Risk Manager
Job Summary
The Supplier Qualification Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks associated with the organization's key suppliers and vendors. This role ensures that new third-party suppliers are assessed and scored based on their risk profile and risk score. The manager will work closely with procurement, legal, compliance, and other departments to establish and maintain strong risk management strategies related to external vendors.
Job Responsibilities
- Risk Assessment and Monitoring:
- Conduct risk assessments for new and existing suppliers/vendors to evaluate potential risks related to financial stability, operational capacity, ESG, legal compliance, and reputational risk.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendor risk management program, implement continuous monitoring mechanisms.
- Regularly review and update risk assessments to maintain visibility into vendor activities and overall risk landscape, ensure all vendors meet company risk standards.
- Vendor Due Diligence:
- Lead due diligence processes for potential new suppliers/vendors, including background checks, financial reviews, compliance verification, performance history.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that new vendor relationships align with organizational goals and risk tolerance.
- Contract and Compliance Management:
- Work closely with legal and procurement teams to develop, review, and negotiate vendor contracts with a focus on risk mitigation clauses.
- Monitor ongoing compliance and manage any risk issues or disputes with vendors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with internal stakeholders, such as legal, procurement, IT, and operations, to ensure vendor risks are understood and addressed across the organization.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, documenting risk assessments, highlighting risk trends, and vendor performance
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to address and resolve vendor-related risks.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Risk Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies, including assessing, identifying, and mitigating vendor-related risks.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks in supplier performance, ability to set up data-driven action plans.
- Data Visualization: Expertise in using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to create clear, actionable reports and dashboards that communicate vendor risk trends, performance metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Predictive Analytics: Ability to apply predictive analytics techniques to forecast future vendor risks, potential disruptions, or financial instability based on historical data and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Experience in applying statistical methods to evaluate vendor performance, identify risk indicators, and determine correlation between vendor metrics and business impact. Ability to assess data from multiple sources to identify risks or gaps in vendor relationships.
- Negotiation Skills: experience and skills to support contract negotiations to effectively to mitigate supplier risks.
- Project management: result and service-driven individual, strong initiative and structured project management skills with attention to details and accuracy.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues with vendors and develop effective solutions, using data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Communication: excellent communication skills with ability to influence multicultural, cross-functional teams in matrix organisation towards a unified direction along with the business’s leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification in risk management or vendor management (e.g., Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), etc.) is a plus.
- Fluent spoken and written Business English (oral, written, legal, commercial terminology) compulsory; other languages are an advantage.

Job Summary
You will join our global analytics team and will be given the necessary training to support the team in supplying qualitative reporting and analytics to end-users at group and cluster level. The ultimate objective of team is to continuously deliver timely and qualitative data, that allows for key stakeholders to take informed decisions, that will ultimately help the company deliver more.
Job Responsibilities
· Commercial and Ad-hoc Support
o Helps provide data on relevant commercial topics / market information.
o When applicable, provides support for due diligence projects towards top management in coordination with group legal.
o Provides data / market intelligence and analytics for global commercial and the regions using relevant internal and external data tools.
o Provides ad-hoc support for the commercial community where applicable.
· Commercial Development and Sales Performance Metrics
o Assists with developments of sales plans, account review templates, presentations, and other commercial tools.
o Supports the development of sales performance metrics, including KAM Dashboard, CRM scorecard, etc.
o Help manage internal customer requests related to our CRM system and provide user support where applicable
· Management of Commercial Reporting
o Supports building internal and external presentations with data input and analysis on customers, contracts, and current business opportunities.
o Helps maintain a strong Performance Management framework that supports improved business results and delivers optimal monthly commercial reporting.
o Enforces procedures, timelines, and guidelines for the regional commercial community.
o Supports the monthly commercial sales reporting for regions & group.
o Supports the development of procedures, data handling and processing to improve and further professionalize the commercial reporting.
o Supports Commercial developments in areas like business planning, budgeting, and strategy work.
o Strives to find ways to improve data quality and help create awareness on cluster responsibility for the accuracy of data, through data quality checks.
o Provides adequate support to the regions where applicable.
o Ongoing dialogue with the recipients of the commercial reports and (to gain a perspective on possible improvements).
o Logs best practices in support of improving how we work at group and cluster level.
o Support more general projects at cluster or group level in need of commercial data.
Qualifications and Competencies
· University degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or related field.
· Proven experience in a similar function and/or industry.
· Structured, organized, and strong analytical skills with high attention to details.
· Profound knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and preferably Power point.
· Experience with reporting frameworks and P&Ls is a plus but not required.
· Experience with Power-BI and the system Salesforce a plus.
· Willing to work both independently and team oriented.
· Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
· Fluent command of English, being the corporate language - any other language is a plus.
