Consultor Senior para una compañía de seguros capaz de:
- Estructurar procesos/organización/enfoque de proyectos de rendimiento, identificar mejoras y cuantificar ahorros.

- Mejora de procesos (certificación preferible: Lean management, Lean six sigma, Agile)
- Gobernanza de flujos entre varias ubicaciones: Definir un RACI claro, procesos de decisión y escalamiento.
- Actividad de seguimiento: configurar los KPI adecuados, productividad, WFM, cuadros de mando, etc.
- Sistema de gestión de reclamaciones: capaz de igualar ineficiencias en el proceso, impactando en el customer journey.

The Indirect Procurement product team in the Procurement Product Family, provides digital and core SAP solutions to fulfil the requirements from BASF companies globally.
The main objectives of a Senior SAP Consultant / DevOps Engineer will provide support towards issues/clarification and ensure that customer requirements are accepted, analyzed and described in an orderly fashion and will be responsible for modeling, advising and optimization regarding business processes in purchasing.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Responsible for designing possible technical solutions for subject specific business requirements in coordination with other DevOps engineers and internal business partners within BASF
- Develop, configure and test complex applications, including quality assurance and managing projects in cooperation with our business partners and third-party providers
- Implementation through customizing in SAP and relevant digital applications would be required. Development (ABAP/ ABAP OO) is a plus but not mandatory
- Responsible for managing & maintaining operational business support in BASF SAP application landscape. In case of incidents, ensure restoring normal application services as quickly as possible and minimize adverse impact on operations including Problem management, Change Management (incl. small business requests) and Continuous Service Improvement (CSI)
- Steer third party provider in terms of solution or service delivery of procurement topics
- Provide support during change requests / projects with early consulting which comprises efforts estimation and high-level design solution. Thereafter, proceed and ensure further development, evolution and optimization
- While performing studies and evaluations of purchased software, you will be responsible for designing and implementing prototypes in projects using new technologies such as S4/HANA, Fiori, API and in a distributed system landscape (SAP UI5, cloud or mobile applications)
- It is expected that all tasks are performed according to the standardized BASF guidelines and framework; such as Project Lifecycle, Global Release Management and GSKC; as well as agile new methods (such as scrum/Kanban) consistently
- Able to communicate complex contexts convincingly to the stakeholders within BASF and build stable relationships
- In the digitalization/innovation aspect, act as a Global representative of BASF Digital community, supporting BASF Digital roadmap, helping GDS to identify, execute and implement customer-centric digital solutions in an actionable and measurable way
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Completed university degree in Business IT, Business Economics, Business SCM, Information Science, Engineering or Natural Science (Bachelor) Good conflict ability and awareness

We’re looking for an international social performance consultant to join our team in Madrid. The focus of the role will be on environmental assessment for energy projects, particularly in Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. We work on some of the most significant generation projects in the world, including solar, hydro, wind, and thermal generation technologies.
This is a permanent role and will offer excellent prospects for career development involving different power generation technologies, with focus on energy projects from development and construction to operations.

Or experience of International Finance Corporation (IFC) and other lender social safeguards and their role in project finance processes and cycles.
- Ability to travel in Spain and internationally.
- Held previous roles demonstrating strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills, teamwork and an ability to meet challenging budgets and timescales.
- Fluency or work proficiency in Spanish (i.e.: ability to work at site, participate in meetings, review documents, write reports)
- Broader awareness or masters qualification in a social discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in any of the following key areas:
