¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA?
- Gestión de los buzones de correo y registro de peticiones de información y apoyo institucional
- Apoyo a la planificación y desarrollo de la Feria de la Industria de Defensa (FEINDEF), coordinando las reuniones con delegaciones internacionales visitantes y con empresas expositoras.
- Apoyo en la elaboración de libros relativos a la celebración de ferias de armamento en el extranjero.
- Apoyo en los trabajos de preparación y asistencia relativa a reuniones.
- Gestión y actualización de la web.
- Apoyo a la gestión y actualización de bases de datos en MS Excel para el control de las actividades de Apoyo Institucional por parte del área de Estudios y Mercados de la OFICAEX.
- Apoyo a la gestión del Plan de Acción Exterior (PLACEX) de la OFICAEX, generando informes estadísticos con el estado de las actividades programadas.
- Creación y actualización de presentaciones en MS PowerPoint en español/inglés con nuevos contenidos, imágenes, etc.

Develop and execute construction category sourcing strategies across different supply chain tiers (General Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers, OEMs) and trades (including civil, architectural, MEP, fire protection, and fit-out) across Europe

Apply technical knowledge of construction trades to assess supplier capabilities, evaluate proposals, and drive value engineering initiatives
Drive procurement of innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective construction services to help our Operations teams succeed and delight Amazon.com customers with speed, selection and convenience
Collaborate with technical teams to optimize specifications across various construction disciplines
