We are excited to announce the opening of a new Wall & Floor Coverings franchise in Madrid, and we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our team.
As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing operations of our new store, overseeing everything from daily operations to customer interactions. In addition to managing the team, you will also be involved in the sales process, especially during the store’s early stages.
This is a unique opportunity, as the Store Manager will receive equity in the business, aligning your success with the growth of the company.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including product deliveries, store layout, and staff coordination (sales team, customer service, logistics).
- Manage communications with clients via phone, email, and in-store interactions to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
- Assist with sales in the early stages of the store, advising customers on suitable wall and floor covering materials, ensuring they find the right solutions for their needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure the store is well-stocked with the most popular and in-demand products.
- Drive performance and foster a positive, results-oriented environment, ensuring that the team meets sales targets and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize store efficiency and customer service.
- Contribute to marketing efforts and local outreach to build the store’s reputation and grow the customer base.
- Train, motivate, and develop team members to ensure top performance and smooth operations.
- Experience in retail management, preferably in a related sector (construction materials, home improvement, interior design, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of wall and floor covering materials (e.g., tiles, carpets, vinyl, wood flooring) is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and dependable leader, capable of solving problems and making decisions independently.
- Some experience in sales and customer service, with a drive to help customers find the right products.
