What you'll do: As Team Leader, you will have two main tasks:

To expand our customer base and engage the Field Sales team in Madrid to achieve targets by attracting new customers, mainly through door-to-door visits, building a customer base from scratch and meticulously recording these activities in our CRM, Salesforce.You will conduct and support face-to-face visits to understand the needs of potential customers, present the Booksy product and conduct demonstrations, assisting with the initial configuration of the application.

Customer relationship management will be key, from initial contact through to the onboarding process, ensuring account activation and collaborating with the onboarding team.What you'll need to succeed: Experience in B2B sales, cold door or similar roles.Proven experience managing door-to-door sales teams.Customer focus and excellent listening, persuasion, negotiation and speaking skills.You are organised and responsible, enabling you to meet the targets set for yourself and the team.Positive and proactive attitude, commitment and ownership of your work.

Promote teamwork.Knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce or similar.Experience in the beauty or technology sector is an asset.Intermediate level of English or higher.
