Role description:

As a Consultant, you will take an active role combining business ideas and technological ecosystems. You will have the opportunity to discover the best of strategic consulting, digital architecture and business knowledge to create exceptional solutions for our clients.

A Consultant plays a pivotal role as a bridge between the financial industry and technological innovation. Their primary responsibility is to advise clients and stakeholders on adopting advanced tech solutions that streamline financial processes, enhance decision-making, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or any with a Business or Technology background
• At least one year of experience is required (previous experience in Consulting is a strong plus)
• Strong technical knowledge (Python, R) is highly valuable
• C1 English level is mandatory
• Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive and result oriented
• Strong interest in Banking or Insurance and its impact on business and society
• Excellent communication, and presentation skills
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills to work in a fast paced environment

Location: Madrid or Barcelona. Also considering candidates willing to relocate.
