What You’ll Do
- Content Review: Monitor and assess user-generated content to ensure it adheres to platform policies and community guidelines.
- Policy Enforcement: Investigate and resolve reports of policy violations, fraud, and inappropriate behavior, keeping platform integrity intact.
- Risk Management: Identify and escalate high-risk issues while upholding data security and confidentiality.
- User Support: Provide empathetic and timely responses to users, balancing platform standards with customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to refine processes and drive service improvements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to uphold quality standards and meet company goals.
- Language Skills: Professionally fluent Hebrew speaker with strong proficiency in English.
- Legal Eligibility: Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship.
- Experience & Skills: Strong affinity for back-office operations, content moderation, and high attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and other software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional efficiency, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system, including night and weekend shifts. Part-time options are also available for this role.
