At CooperVision, we are proud to be a global leader in contact lenses. At our innovative sites worldwide, we manufacture and distribute contact lenses to some of the biggest names in vision correction. We’re all about creating brighter futures for our customers, our wearers and our people.


This role will play a key, hands-on role in helping to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in the Iberia market, which is around 100M$ of revenue and 180 employees, by providing accurate accounting activities and assisting with the maintenance of a secure and robust internal control environment. This role requires an extraordinary customer focus, treating with them daily, and create solid connections with relevant stakeholders in the company.


  • Ensure small customers credit collection, in collaboration with the rest of AR team. In Iberia there are closely to 6000 customer “bill to” accounts.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues with customers by phone or/and by email in collaboration with post sales department. Support on billing issues.
  • Give support to customers regarding CV Iberia Invoicing Website. This is generating around 400 inbound calls per month.
  • Support in inbound calls regarding tax declaration details (347).
  • Open approved new vendors in the system including data confirmation by phone. Accounts
  • Payable Cash Management: bank details confirmation by phone.
  • Posting Incoming Checks related to COD payments.
  • Support on internal & external audits.
  • Prepare support documentation for Finance SOX purposes: IPE procedures.
  • Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives, developing & documenting new processes by supporting management finance.
  • Other administrative tasks.
