Key Responsabilities

• Assists with front-line tasks in support of professional medical education initiatives, and follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
• Supports teams on cutting-edge initiatives, project plans, and key milestones by completing non-routine tasks and progress to help achieve optimal outcomes.
• Performs tasks in a timely fashion to support the day-to-day activities and resources related to professional medical education, and escalates any concerns or issues to supervisors to achieve successful business results.
• Contributes to simple initial requests for information, programming, literature, and other deliverables for progression to management to advance Sales Enablement goals and objectives.
• Lends support to team members as needed for ancillary tasks, including meeting schedules and agendas, confidential correspondence, and detailed meeting notes and action items.
• Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences.
• Good level of English.
• Previous experience will be valued.
