Lawson Chase, a recruitment firm based in Barcelona is seeking Recruitment Consultants to join the team.

We are an established search firm that supports Alternative Investment, Financial Services, Professional Services and Technology firms all over the world.

Our beautiful new office is located in the heart of Barcelona (Eixample area, near Plaça de la Universitat) and we are eager for both trainees and experienced recruiters to join our team to be part of the next phase of our exciting growth journey.

For those looking to break into recruitment, a background in sales or with heavy call volume is preferred, but by no means essential. If you have a great attitude with that drive, motivation, and desire to succeed in a role with great career prospects - we’d love to hear from you.

We provide training and guidance, and you will have a supportive & diverse team by your side.

Due to our international presence with most of our clients based in the US & UK, all communication is conducted in English, and we can only accept applicants with complete fluency in English (spoken & written).

A typical day may look like this:

·     Develop & maintain positive relationships with both candidates & clients

·     Strive to become the go-to recruiter and master the market you will work in

·     Sourcing and headhunting suitable candidates for vacancies

·     Be a trusted advisor to both candidates & clients

·     Keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge

·     ⁠Developing an understanding of our clients, their industry and their culture

·     ⁠Use social media such as Linkedin to magnify your personal & company brand and to identify, headhunt and attract suitable candidates

·     ⁠Summarizing profiles & introducing suitable candidates to clients

Each consultant will have the ability to take the lead in their own market specialism and become a subject matter expert in their field. 

Base salary is competitive and dependent on experience, plus uncapped commission.
