We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our talented team and work under the guidance of our Head of Design and Creative Director. This is an entry-level position with room for growth, perfect for someone who has a solid foundation in design and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment.

Your Role as Junior Graphic Designer
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll support the Head of Design in executing daily tasks and creating visually stunning content for clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from social media graphics to branding assets, while honing your skills and contributing to Lightbros’ creative output.

What You’ll Do

Design Support:
- Assist the Head of Graphic Design and Creative Director in creating high-quality visuals for advertising campaigns, social media, and branded content.
- Execute design tasks based on briefs and guidelines, ensuring all deliverables align with the client’s vision and objectives.
- Create layouts, presentations, mockups, and templates for various projects, from digital to print.

Creative Execution:
- Develop social media assets, and visual content that are on-trend and engaging.
- Help refine and finalize designs, ensuring they meet Lightbros’ high aesthetic standards.
- Stay aligned with brand guidelines while exploring creative ways to elevate designs.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and concepts.
- Receive and implement feedback from the Head of Design and other team members.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of professional design experience (internships or freelance work count!).
- Education: Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D or video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus but not required.
- Creativity: Strong sense of aesthetics and an ability to create visually engaging designs.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to refine designs and deliver polished work.

- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

- English and Spanish are required, both written and spoken
