Job Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES

The HR Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist the Talent Manager with various tasks and projects.
• Learn about different talent management strategies by observing and participating in planning meetings.
• Aid in creating materials or events that promote company culture and values.
• Provide support with recruitment processes by helping to organize interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing onboarding materials.
• Shadow HR professionals during interviews to learn best practices.
• Observe HR guidance provided to managers and learn how to challenge proposals constructively.
• Observe Employee Relations Managers handling issues and learn through their approach.
• Participate in employee relations meetings as a note-taker or coordinator under guidance.
  
  

Profile

SKILLS Enthusiastic, proactive and team player. Attention to detail. Good communication skills. Dynamic and quick learner. PROFILE NEEDED MAIN STUDIES Degree in human resources, psychology or related field. LANGUAGES English and Spanish (Fluent C1) French is a plus. IT TOOLS Proficient in MS Office and advanced in excel. EXPERIENCE Previous experience in an HR department is a plus.
