In this Personal Assistant role, you will:

  • Oversee diary management, including room bookings
  • Organise online travel bookings as required
  • Seek direction from the Executive to clarify and prioritise the workload and call out volume issues and seek additional work when you have capacity
  • Maintain processes relating to confidential colleague and/or department data, ensuring security of confidential information.
  • Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a professional and effective manner, through either personally handling or delegating them to appropriate person
  • Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all actions and ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures
  • Seek direction from the Executive to clarify and prioritise the workload and call out volume issues and seek additional work when you have capacity

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Able to work at pace and independently
  • High energy and enthusiastic attitude
  • Event planning experience
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of excel preferred
  • Ability to be highly organised and dependable
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to support the objectives and values of both the company and the Executives
