Tareas
馃殌 What you will be doing?
- Manage the full sales cycle. Contact leads who have expressed interest in the Passporter experiences, identify their needs, offer the best trip experience, and manage the travel booking process.
- Apply best experience to identify consumers budget, timeline, and decision-making processes with a high-end delivery.
- Deal with occurring requests, complaints and reviews.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Passporter products. We offer trips to travelers who want to live unique experiences, supported by Passporter's technology, community and brand.
- Maintain operation experience by following policies and procedures
- Maintain a good relationship and constant communication with our travel providers and internal operations team.
馃挭 The perfect candidate
- Previous sales experience in travel sector, ideally travel-tech companies. You know how to successfully manage a travel sales cycle and the travel booking operation via booking engine or DMC. 馃挵
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively. You are a charismatic and energetic person who loves to travel and explain to others what to see and what to do in a destination 馃實
- A go-getter mindset: you are coachable, highly motivated and driven to succeed. 馃挭
- High flexibility and adaptation.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
馃憠 What we offer?
- Fixed salary based on your working experience. 20k - 26k + commisions.
- Full time indefinite-term employment contract.
- Full remote role, based in Valencia. We offer flexible working schedule as well 馃檪
- 23 working days of vacation.
