As an Italian Speaking Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction via various communication channels.

Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer satisfaction targets
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies
- Follow established procedures and adhere to quality standards
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
