About The Role
Design at Revolut is all about balancing that sense of creativity with a deep attention to detail. Our customers have come to expect a certain level of look and feel from our products — and it's up to us to keep pushing their expectations higher.
As a Graphic Designer in our Performance Studio, you'll create performance marketing visuals for existing and upcoming Revolut features. You'll work closely with our Growth team and 3D Artists to produce creative assets for our marketing channels.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering creative static and motion design assets for performance marketing channels (affiliate, partnerships, app store optimisation, etc.)
- Working with our Growth team to deliver the best solutions for our digital marketing projects
- Gathering design references by creating moodboards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to communicate ideas to stakeholders
- Taking ownership of projects, from concept to completion
- Contributing to our design processes and improving scalability
- Working across multiple project deadlines
- Experience as a visual, brand, and/or motion designer
- Experience working with performance marketing and producing creatives for digital paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google App Campaigns, etc.
- Impressive conceptual thinking and communication skills
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (especially After Effects)
- Experience creating templates and coming up with scalable design solutions
- Familiarity with 3D and animation (Cinema 4D)
- Experience with Figma
- Experience with a variety of formats (print, DOOH, OOH, display ads, HTML5)
- Experience localising assets for different markets
