Job Title: Head of Hotel Optimization

Location: Palma, Spain.

At Roibos, we are looking for a talented Head of Hotel Optimization based in Palma to join our Sourcing Team. The optimization leader will guide their team in achieving results, ensuring the best price condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the Optimization process for Roibos hotel partners.
• Analyze partner performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Lead a team of optimization specialists (6-8 people).
• Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for team escalations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of Competitiveness and deliver regular reports on team progress and partner outcomes.
• Use data insights to drive decisions and recommend enhancements to internal processes or partner strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Market Manager, Yield Manager or similar role managing hotel performance.
• Deep knowledge of hotel contracting, revenue management, strategic distribution, and pricing tactics.
• Proficiency in Excel, Business Intelligence tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Willingness to go the extra mile with the ambition to achieve both personal and team results.
