At Xpeer, we're looking for a Digital Marketing & Creativity Trainee to join our team. We're seeking someone creative, proactive, and eager to learn, ideally a student of Graphic Design, Advertising, Communication, or Marketing, with a passion for social media, digital trends, and visual content creation.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to start their career in digital marketing, bringing fresh ideas and powerful visuals to help position the Xpeer brand through social media, branding, and creative strategies.

THE POSITION

You’ll work closely with the Marketing team and the Marketing Manager, actively participating in content creation, multichannel campaigns, branding actions, and creative projects. You will also have the opportunity to explore automation tools, metrics, and performance if you’re interested in the more strategic side of marketing.

We’re looking for someone with curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn in a dynamic, collaborative environment with real impact on the business.

🧰 Position Overview

• Manage and publish content on Xpeer’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Support the creation of visual content: images, videos, infographics, reels, stories, etc.
• Assist in the creation of newsletters.
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to help position the brand in the digital space.
• Edit short videos and animations for social media (reels, shorts, TikToks).
• Design basic visual assets using Canva or Adobe tools for campaigns, presentations, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with the team on digital marketing, branding, and campaign initiatives.
• Research and apply trends in social media, branding, and visual communication.
• Use AI tools to support content creation (text, image, etc.) — not mandatory, but highly valued.
• Provide support for paid campaigns on META, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

THE REQUIREMENTS

🔑 Your profile

• Currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Passion for social media, visual creativity, and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Experience with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
• Interest in (or experience with) AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.
• HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• A curious, committed, and collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to be part of a hands-on team, contributing from day one.

En Pool buscamos un/a Creativo Senior Digital con experiencia en departamentos de arte digital y campañas de paid media para unirse a nuestro equipo creativo en pleno crecimiento. Queremos a alguien con una visión estratégica y talento creativo que impulse la identidad digital de nuestros clientes.

Tu rol:
• Desarrollar y mantener una identidad digital consistente, alineada con los objetivos comerciales y valores de la marca de nuestros clientes.
• Diseñar contenido original para campañas de paid media multicanal orientado al performance.
• Investigar tendencias y analizar campañas digitales de la competencia para proponer estrategias innovadoras.

Tu perfil:
• Grado en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual, Publicidad o áreas relacionadas.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en diseño digital, idealmente en gran consumo.
• Dominio de Adobe Creative Suite y conocimiento en Motion Graphics.
• Experiencia práctica en email marketing y paid media, con foco en resultados y optimización de campañas.
• Se valorarán conocimientos en UX/UI con Figma y Adobe XD.
